INTENDED USES: Duct type kitchen aspirator are used for exhausting smoke and unwanted gasescoming out during industrialcooking and the hoods used in the kitchens for the domestic cooking. If there is a charcoal ortubegrill under the hood, even if there is a filter  system with in the hood, it is necessary to use the oil-retaining metal filter before the aspirator so as not to damage the aspirator due the fact that the filter system in the hood cannot 100% filter out the oil of the exhausted sm oke and balance problems will a rise due to ailing of the aspirator with in time.
