CELL ASPIRATOR TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF CELL ASPIRATOR

CAPACITY RANGE OF CABINET FAN : Cabinet fans have a manufacturing capacity of 1.000-90.000 m3/h flowrate, and demountable, easy transport and assembly features with 12 different models and a wide range of options thanks to its modular system.

CABINET STRUCTURE : Cabinet structure has demounted system frame structure. The panels are assembled internally with bolts. Neoprene-based self-adhesive sealing rings are used on the panel connection surfaces. Since the welded joint method is not used in the production of frame, complex disassembly is possible. The service covers are clipped or hinged, and are bolted to allow other sides to be removed from the outside. Doorhandles used on the service doors, clips and hinges are made of special materials resistant to outdoor condition.

FRAME : The frame are specially designed from aluminum profiles with a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm. Aluminum profile and corner parts are used in 2 different models as frame structure. 50 mm wide aluminum profile, 25 mm thick insulated panel are used. 40 mm wide aluminum profile and 20 mm thick insulated panel are used. The corner parts connecting the aluminum profiles are made of 40-type Plastic, or 40-type aluminum or 50-type aluminum.

PANELS : All panels are manufactured with external sheet PVC or optionally with electrostatic powder coated double-wall sandwich structure. The inner sheet thickness is standard and 0.60 mm. The outer sheet thickness varies according to the size of the unit. As a standard, the outer surfaces of the panels are produced from PVC coated galvanized sheet. FANS : Fans with forward or backward inclined blades are used. The fans are both dynamicanstatic beloncez. The fan and electric motor are located on a single plinth. In the installation of fan frame over the cell, anti-vibration rubber chock or spring insulator is used and flexible connector is used in the panel connection of the fan outlet opening.

ELEKTRİC MOTOR : The electric motor is with three phases (380V, 50Hz.) and can be used with mono phase, optionally. The motors have IP 54 or IP 55 protection class. In the electric motorpower system, selection may be made by using more than 35% of the fan shaft power. This tolerance gives the advantage th a t the current engine can be used even when the flowrate is increased by 10%.

DRIVE MECHANISM : The belt is with pulley mechanism. The belts are of narrow V type. The pulleys can be easily removed and assembled. The tightening bush pulley is used. Pulleys are suitable to DIN 2211 and TS 148.
